IDE supplies a full range of temporary power distribution panels from 4000A generator connections to small dual 16A sockets, and all connecting cable to ensure you optimise your temporary power network. We fit the product to the application.

    IDEV Onsite is a robust and easily mountable temporary EV charging point for the challenging construction and industrial environment.Robust design with easy on site mounting with clamp plate. With charging rates up to 32A, single or three phase (7kw or 21kw), vehicles can be conveniently and quickly charged whilst onsite, whether it’s a quick top-up for visiting personnel or full vehicle charge.

    Compatible with all European vehicles, the Type 2 connection is the most popular, covering BMW, Tesla, VW, Renault, Mercedes, Porsche, Hyundai and many others.

    Specification

    Input: 32A 400V 5 or 3 Pin IP67 Inlet or Hardwire with adaptable mounting plate, No protection – requires connecting to a 32A RCBO outlet

    Output: Type 2 Charging socket, 3 phase capable, locking pin for cable security, EU Standard controller auto detects cable rating and communicates with the vehicle.

    On/Off: Key switch to enable charging, Allows on site control of availability without access to the site power panel

    Temporary EV Charging Unit

    The Event-EV charging point has been designed to charge electric vehicles from a temporary power source.  Housed in a high visibility IP54 enclosure it is an ideal solution for charging at remote locations and festivals.

    Up to 3 modules, 6 charging points, can be connected in line and powered from a single 63A 3 phase supply or 6 modules, 12 charging points in “low power” mode.

    The Event – EV can be configured to select any phase, and can be to set to provide 32A charging, or 16A charging if power is limited.   The outputs are fully compliant with European Type 2 charging systems found on most EV on the road today.

    Specification

    • Input: Compatible with 63A 3 Phase, 63A Single Phase. A 32A adapter can be provided for operation is dual 16A charging mode.
    • Outgoing: 2 x 2 type charging sockets. Auto selecting charge rate from vehicle, with manual override to limit to 16A per socket.
    • Cable Lock: Auto cable lock whilst charging as standard. Can be supplied without if required.
    • Protection: Residual current breaker with overload protection for both outlets.
    • Phase Selector: Phase selector switch to balance phases during set up. This allows 3 modules to run from a single 3 phase.
    • Dimensions: H420 x W460 x D580 (mm)
    • Weight – 16kg

    All temporary power distribution equipment is manufactured by IDE in the UK and tested to BS 7671 (12 Months Certification). The products used within our distribution systems conform to EN 60309, EN 60529, EN 60947 and have a 12 month warranty.
