    1600A 4 Pole ACB LSI supplying a common rated HDHC copper bus-bar system and load connection pads. All equipment housed in a steel enclosure with internal and external copper earth bar. Complete unit mounted within a galvanised steel crash frame with forklift pockets and lifting eyes. Fitted with Emergency stop shunt operated c/w Indication lamps.

    Enclosure

    Black (RAL9005) textured powder coated stainless steel 1.4003. Separate incoming and outgoing with internal protection shrouds and external panel key lock doors. Bottom aluminium gland plates. Assembled to IP55.

    630A 5 Pole (3 phase + N + E) Junction Box.

    Lightweight, portable, connection unit for use within electrical installations.

    QTY 5 x M12 stud terminals to support up to and including 240mm Cable.

    Fitted with 5 x M50 IP67 plastic stuffing glands each end, in line with terminals.

    Gland to terminal spreading distance – 190mm.

    Enclosure

    10mm thick 300-Grade High Density Polyethylene, offering good impact resistance, chemical resistance and high rigidity. Density of 0.96 g/cm³, less than 0.01% moisture absorption, impact strength of 10 kJ/m², service temperature from -50 to +80°C, with greater than 1014Ω surface resistance. IP54 Rated.

    Temporary EV Charging Unit

    The Event-EV charging point has been designed to charge electric vehicles from a temporary power source.  Housed in a high visibility IP54 enclosure it is an ideal solution for charging at remote locations and festivals.

    Up to 3 modules, 6 charging points, can be connected in line and powered from a single 63A 3 phase supply or 6 modules, 12 charging points in “low power” mode.

    The Event – EV can be configured to select any phase, and can be to set to provide 32A charging, or 16A charging if power is limited.   The outputs are fully compliant with European Type 2 charging systems found on most EV on the road today.

    Specification

    • Input: Compatible with 63A 3 Phase, 63A Single Phase. A 32A adapter can be provided for operation is dual 16A charging mode.
    • Outgoing: 2 x 2 type charging sockets. Auto selecting charge rate from vehicle, with manual override to limit to 16A per socket.
    • Cable Lock: Auto cable lock whilst charging as standard. Can be supplied without if required.
    • Protection: Residual current breaker with overload protection for both outlets.
    • Phase Selector: Phase selector switch to balance phases during set up. This allows 3 modules to run from a single 3 phase.

Auxiliary power supply for Generator battery charging/jacket water heater. 3 Position key switch for Auto, Test and Generator run. Supply availability neon’s for visual representation of status.     1000A Power Distribution Board

    A 1000A Three-phase temporary mains distribution unit for use on any temporary electrical installation.  Equipment housed in a steel enclosure with rated common HDHC copper busbar system. Entire panel is fixed within a load tested 3mm galvanised mild steel crash frame with crane lifting points and integral 200mm x 115mm fork lift pockets. The frame allows bottom entry of 240mm²  HO7 cables and exit of 240mm² HO7 cables, through a brush gland plate, allowing a minimum bend radius of 400mm. Internal and external copper earth bars complete with brass studs with panel clearance to allow lug on within each incoming and outgoing section. Each outgoing section is fitted with its own Multi-Function power monitor, earth leakage protection, and compartment anti-condensation heaters.

    Enclosure

    Fabricated from 1.4003 stainless steel with a textured powder coat finish to RAL 7021 (dark grey).

    Front access doors manufactured from rigid 2mm Zintec steel, fitted with door locks and door stays (Lock out at 135°). Enclosure achieves IP65 rating.  Other features include integral 2mm powder coated mild steel shrouds for additional safety, compliance with Form 4 Type 3 separation, and aluminium gland plates.
