Warranty & Support

The Cable Tester is supplied with a 24 month warranty. Documentation and technical support are provided by IDE Systems.

Compliance

The insulation resistance test function is designed to align with the requirements of:

• BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)

• BS EN IEC 61557-2 (Equipment for measuring insulation resistance)

A minimum insulation resistance threshold of 1 MΩ is applied as the standard pass criterion, consistent with industry practice for 230/400 V low-voltage installations.

Regulatory alignment is supported through documented test methodology and calibration procedures supplied separately.
