Who are IDE?

IDE can work in partnership with you to make the very most of your power distribution assets, and advise on important decisions – not only about how you source equipment

How do I make a payment?

We accept payments via BACs transfer, cheque and major credit cards (see terms and conditions). All you need to do is call us on 01543 574111 and we will process your payment over the phone. Alternatively, you can set an account up with us and we will send you an invoice. (See terms and conditions)

What qualifies IDE as a trusted supplier?

Can you supply equipment to projects outside of the UK?

How do I set up an account with IDE?

It’s quick and easy! All you need to do is fill in our new account application form and our credit control department will contact you to let you know when your account has been set up. Please note that all first time purchases must be paid 100% up front.

I have an invoice query. Who do I need to speak to?

For all sales and rental queries, please contact our accounts department Monday to Friday between 08:00AM and 16:30PM on 01543 574 111.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my equipment?

If you have purchased equipment with IDE then we recommend that you contact our head office on 0154357411, or email [email protected]. If you have hired equipment from IDE then we recommend that you contact our rental department, or send your email to [email protected].

What will the lead time be on my equipment?

When you have purchased equipment with IDE, you will be sent a Sales Order Acknowledgement which will include your expected lead time which will allow you to plan for the rest of your project. Hire equipment can be delivered same day or next working day, depending on the size of the order.
