A 16A single-phase (230V) steel distribution board ideal for use on temporary electrical installations and events. All Tri-rated wiring is housed within a purpose built steel enclosure. Incoming 16A plug sits on a 2.5mm 3 core H07RN-F flying lead to allow ease of connection to a socket outlet. The toblerone shaped enclosure incorporates an integrated carry handle, power present neon and all necessary electrical hazard warning identification.

The enclosure is fabricated from 2mm phosphate welded Zintec steel with a black textured powder coat.

125A Site Distribution Board

125A site distribution board designed to make connection from the temporary generator to on-site equipment such as tools, lighting, heaters, plant machinery and cabins. Our site distribution boards are kept on standby at our three strategically placed locations across the UK, so we can deliver them to you quickly. 125A site distribution boards can be custom built to suit the needs of your project. Product details

The site distribution board is housed in a 1.4003 stainless steel enclosure, designed to IP55 with a textured powder coat finish to RAL 7021 - dark grey. The site distribution board features two doors - the main door, which allows the user access to the final distribution circuits and has a padlock facility which is designed as an additional safety feature. The second door allows the user access to the mains switch only.

The 125A site distribution board has a bottom entry 3mm aluminium gland plate, top mounted rain cover, and pre-punched sides to allow for socket mounting (16A, 32A & 63A - IP44 & IP67). The enclosure is mounted within a galvanized box section floor stand which can be easily relocated across site.

The equipment has an incoming 4 pole thermal magnetic strip and optional adjustable/switchable incoming earth leakage can be added if required. The 4 pole busbar distribution system allows an easy connection for 2 pole and 4 pole outgoing devices such as RCD's and RCBO's. The internal earth bar is bonded to external studs on enclosure and frame. The equipment has an incoming 125A IP67 flying lead to allow for connection to a temporary generator.

A 1000A Three-phase temporary mains distribution unit for use on any temporary electrical installation.  Equipment housed in a steel enclosure with rated common HDHC copper busbar system. Entire panel is fixed within a load tested 3mm galvanised mild steel crash frame with crane lifting points and integral 200mm x 115mm fork lift pockets. The frame allows bottom entry of 240mm²  HO7 cables and exit of 240mm² HO7 cables, through a brush gland plate, allowing a minimum bend radius of 400mm. The Vulcan-EV charging point has been designed to charge electric vehicles from a temporary power source.  Housed in a high visibility IP54 enclosure it is an ideal solution for charging at remote locations and festivals.

Up to 3 modules, 6 charging points, can be connected in line and powered from a single 63A 3 phase supply or 6 modules, 12 charging points in “low power” mode.

The Vulcan – EV can be configured to select any phase, and can be to set to provide 32A charging, or 16A charging if power is limited.   The outputs are fully compliant with European Type 2 charging systems found on most EV on the road today.

IDE's 5 channel cable ramps are manufactured from UV stabilised and halogen free polyurethane. 100% Non-Conductive cable ramps. Highly Visible Red (RAL3020) and Black colour combination with unique tread pattern providing increase grip on side ramps. Designed for low volume vehicular traffic and all pedestrian areas, indoor or external applications between -40°C and +49°C. Interlocking compatible with Linebacker models.

630A 5 Pole (3 phase + N + E) Junction Box.

Lightweight, portable, connection unit for use within electrical installations.

QTY 5 x M12 stud terminals to support up to and including 240mm Cable.

Fitted with 5 x M50 IP67 plastic stuffing glands each end, in line with terminals.

Gland to terminal spreading distance – 190mm.

Enclosure

10mm thick 300-Grade High Density Polyethylene, offering good impact resistance, chemical resistance and high rigidity. Density of 0.96 g/cm³, less than 0.01% moisture absorption, impact strength of 10 kJ/m², service temperature from -50 to +80°C, with greater than 1014Ω surface resistance. IP54 Rated.
